A Healthy spine is flexible, stable and can support a full range of natural movements. To maintain a healthy spine, we need to stretch and strengthen important back muscles and abdominal muscles. Exercise and movement play a vital role. And continued focus on proper breathing lowers stress and alleviates anxiety and depression which are known factors to tense muscles around the shoulders and spine causing pain.

But even if you don’t suffer from back pain remember prevention is better than a cure!
